Unlike conventional mobility devices that rely on swivelling front caster wheels, the Swift uses a four-wheel steering mechanism in which both the front and rear wheels turn together. This design allows the device to achieve a remarkably small turning radius of just 83 cm, making it suitable for navigating confined indoor spaces, narrow corridors, lifts and shops.

The four-wheel steering system also helps maintain directional stability when crossing gaps, drainage covers and uneven surfaces by reducing the likelihood of wheels turning sideways unexpectedly. Its smart turning technology automatically reduces speed during turns, supporting more controlled manoeuvring.

The Swift offers two operating configurations: mobility scooter mode with a tiller controller and power wheelchair mode with a joystick controller. Users can switch between these control options according to their preferences while retaining the same four-wheel steering characteristics.
