The Creative Medical PC-66B Handheld Pulse Oximeter is a lightweight and portable patient monitoring device designed to measure SpO₂ (blood oxygen saturation) and pulse rate while displaying the plethysmogram for visual assessment of the pulse waveform. It is supplied with both Adult and Paediatric Probes, making it suitable for monitoring adult and paediatric patients.

The device can store oximetry data for up to 70 hours, with recording intervals of 1, 2, 4, or 8 seconds. Stored data can be uploaded to a computer using data manager software for review and analysis, including SpO₂ trend curves.
